Some things on this site are illustrations. The reading demonstration shows how the field app responds to a reading, using the wording and limit shown on the real screen. Product screens show a demonstration company with sample data, and the film includes illustrated screens.

These features are provided as they are. We may change or withdraw them at any time, and we give no warranty for them beyond what the law requires.

Our Insights page summarises parts of Australian work health and safety regulations in plain English and links to the source. It is general information, not legal advice. Requirements differ between states and territories, so check with your own regulator or adviser before relying on it.

These terms govern this website. They do not govern the BlueArc MMS software. If you have accepted a BlueArc proposal, the supply of BlueArc MMS and the services around it is governed by our Terms of Business. Where those terms and these differ on the same subject, the Terms of Business apply to that engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms by posting an updated version on this site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
